Managed Service is the description currently favoured for describing what is effectively the outsourcing management of your permanent and temporary staffing requirements. PMP Solutions can manage and supply your permanent and contract workforce through a single point of contact.

PMP Solutions provides a dedicated recruitment solution involving the co-ordination of all aspects of the recruitment process and the management of the support suppliers approved by your organisation. The Co-ordination Team will act as a single point of contact for all your line managers, supplying suitable candidates within the specified time frames across all your locations.

PMP Solutions can act as lead supplier, being the 'first port of call' for all your recruitment requirements. Where we are unable to source an appropriate candidate within the given timescales, the requirement is passed to the support suppliers. We co-ordinate the use of secondary suppliers from your approved list and, if required, in conjunction with you, appoint a list of any additional secondary suppliers. We then manage these agencies to deliver a uniform and comprehensive service. This will combine the benefit of providing access to a large candidate pool with greater economies of scale, and in the unlikely event that we are not in the best position to service your requirements we can utilise a specialist agency for you.

In short a Managed Service agreement will reduce your costs by providing you with a single point of contact incorporating:

  • One ordering line, thus your ordering managers do not waste time and money chasing numerous agencies, thereby leaving them free to concentrate on their core business.

  • A single tailored Management Information report, which provides you with a complete picture of where temporary workers are supporting your organisation, and Monitoring of response times and hit rates.
